Cruise Groups
Cruises usually depart with a maximum of 25 people on board
– if you have an exclusive group of less than 25, you have
the choice of making up the balance amount or sharing the cruise
with other guests.
Individuals and small group bookings are welcome – minimum
of 10 applies (depending on bookings for that day)

Current pricing should be confirmed at the time of booking, and
once the deposit is paid, price is held firm. |

Payment
1. A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.
3. Reservations will only be held as a tentative booking
for two weeks.
4. Deposits - Unfortunately your 20% deposit is non-refundable
once your booking is confirmed.
5. Guests who have made deposits are required to make full payment
for the total number of persons that they have booked in (group
booking). In the event of a cancellation, the remaining guests
may redeeem the treatments that would have been used by that guest
who cancelled - or alternatively someone else may go on the cruise
in their place. Credits or refunds are not given to anyone who
cancells a paid booking.
6. Prices are subject to change without notice.
7. Current pricing should be confirmed at the time of booking,
and once the deposit is paid, price is held firm.
8. If paying by cheque or credit cards – settlement
is due prior to cruise departure date.
9. Credit card details to be provided as a security deposit prior to departure.
Payments made by cheques, money order, bank cheques, bank cards, Visa or
MasterCard, must be settled two weeks prior to cruise date. (credit
cards attract a surcharge)
